I have only had the JELQ for a week - it's really great and I recommend it to any one whether they have hand problems or not.

You can exert much more pressure with less strain on the hands and arms. I use mine in the shower, first warm up under the hot water, start jelqing, do 100 jelqing exercises, complete my shower then do as many pc flexes as I can (usually around 100/200)depending on time commitments.

I am also a newbie to the exercises so I am taking it easy for starters (been going about 7 weeks now) There is already some gains but I haven't measured yet.

My penis and bag feel good plus I feel a fitter person during the day than I did before taking on this program. I also do 100 JELQs in the evening before going to bed, doing a hot towel warm up first and using J&J Baby oil for lubricant.

If you decide to buy - you most certainly wont regret it. Great things come in small packages!! Patience, with work = GAINS

I just got my JELQ devise yesterday, and I think this thing may be the best kept secret on the web.

I have been doing manual exercises for the last two months, but haven't had ONE workout as solid as my first one with the devise.
